Corrective Exercise

My philosophy on Corrective Exercise, is the use of somatics, pilates, and physical therapy techniques to develop more efficient neuromuscular pathways, thus aiding injury prevention, a safe increase in the ability to strength train, and reduction in neuromuscular disabilities.  I am also trained in self massage techniques to relieve tension that inhibits functional movements.  

 

  • I have worked with clients with weak hip, knees, ankles, shoulders and core.  

  • I've mobilized clients with tight calves, hip flexors, hamstrings, backs, and shoulder cuffs.  

  • I reduced to eliminated the symptoms of my clients' lower back pain, Frozen Shoulder Syndrome and Kyphosis.
