My philosophy of Nutrition is eating whole foods that will fuel your ability to exert effort and adapt to training demands.  I use supplements to aid in my programs but aim to build self-sufficient clients by educating them while developing good behavioral habits.  I don't believe in severe calories deficits in order to lose weight except in extenuating circumstances.
