Nutrition Consultations cover a comprehensive look at the individual client's nutritional needs for overall health, incorporating their specific goals.  Not only do I aid in the development of behavioral nutrition habits, I also teach the client how to make better choices, how to shop for your health, easy ways of cooking and meal prep in a 9-10 week process.
