Lifelong Strength Training

Strength is the base for all muscle growth and physical capabilities.  In our strength sessions  we will work on building functional strength, making sure your are safely and efficiently performing the exercises and gear the workout toward physique or maintenance goals.

I structure all the workout based on movement types.  Through out the week we will squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull and carry in order to build long term functional strength.
